We hope you are all keeping well and safe in these difficult and unprecedented times.
We would like to reassure all our patients that we are fully open for emergency and routine care, although we are still limited to certain treatment procedures for safety reasons. We will do our best to see all of you, and if we cannot see you, we will endeavour to provide you with advice over the phone.
We still have a backlog of patients but we will eventually get round to seeing you all. As long as the threat of the virus is still around, we will have to exercise caution, and we will have to adjust to new ways of working. Our practice already has a high standard of cleanliness and cross-infection control. We have introduced further measures to ensure your safety, and that of our staff.
As some of you, who have already visited the practice, may have noticed, we have introduced the concept of a contactless arrival and departure to minimise your time at the practice, and interaction with our staff. We have sanitiser stations throughout the practice, and we have put up screens in the reception. All our staff are tested twice a week, and they are trained to provide you with the safest treatment.
We appreciate many of you have waited a long time to have your teeth sorted. We kindly ask you to be patient and understanding. We sympathise with you and we will do our utmost to attend to everybody within the limitations of what we can do. Because of stricter cross-infection control, we will be seeing less patients. Our dentists have agreed to do extra sessions.
If you have an appointment, please keep your appointment unless you are contacted by us. Dentistry is an essential service, and you are allowed to travel.
Please check out our pre-appointment instructions so that you know what to do when you come for your appointment. If you have any questions before your appointment, please feel free to call us.
If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible, preferably at least 48 hours, so that we can allocate the appointment to someone else who may be in pain.
Thank you for your loyal support and cooperation in the safe delivery of dental treatment to all of our valued patients.
